Consent to the collection and processing of personal data
The terms of the consent given when you register, place an order or send details to the seller.
By ticking the box on the registration or order form, or by sending details to place an order, the data subject gives ИП ОСПАН, IIN 931227300873 (the Operator) consent to collect and process data on the following terms.
1. Data
First name, last name (if provided), phone, email, delivery address, order and return details, account data, enquiries, and for a corporate order — company, job title and the representative’s details. Technical data is processed to the extent needed for the site to operate securely.
2. Purposes
Registration, placing and fulfilling the order, delivery, communication, payment and refunds, support, accounting and other legal duties, and protection against abuse. Marketing messages require separate consent where the law so provides.
3. Actions
Collection, recording, organization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to necessary contractors, blocking and destruction — by automated and non-automated means.
4. Third parties
Data may be shared with carriers, technical and hosting providers, and payment and accounting services only to the extent necessary, and with public authorities where required by law.
5. Retention period
Consent remains in force until the processing purposes are achieved and mandatory retention periods expire, unless a more specific period is stated on the consent form. After withdrawal, data may still be kept where required by law or needed for an outstanding obligation.
6. Withdrawal
Withdrawal is sent to the Operator via WhatsApp +7 (708) 935-54-94. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it is received.
7. Confirmation
The data subject confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy, understands the purposes and terms of processing, and provides accurate information.
