Delivery terms

These terms set out how goods purchased in the ERMART online store are delivered.

1. Delivery area

Delivery is provided across the Republic of Kazakhstan. Availability and timing for a specific locality are confirmed by a manager after the order is placed.

2. Pickup

Pickup is free from the store at: Republic of Kazakhstan, Shymkent, 38/3 Turkestanskaya St. Before visiting, the Buyer should confirm that the order is ready by phone or WhatsApp +7 (708) 935-54-94.

3. Delivery services

• Yandex Delivery — if the service is available at the given address;
• Kazpost JSC — according to the carrier’s rates and rules;
• another delivery service — only after agreement with the Buyer.

4. Cost and timeframes

The cost depends on the city, weight, size and the carrier’s rate. The exact cost and estimated timing are given before dispatch is confirmed. If delivery is not included in the cart total, it is paid separately as agreed.

5. Receiving the order

On receipt the Buyer checks the number of packages, the integrity of the packaging, the contents and the appearance of the goods. If damage is visible, please record it with a photo or video if possible and note it on the carrier’s documents.

6. Risk of delay

The Seller gives estimated timeframes. After the order is handed to the carrier, the actual timing depends on the carrier, weather and other circumstances. This does not limit the Buyer’s legal right to make claims against the Seller.

Payment terms

1. Available methods

• cash on delivery or at pickup;
• invoice payment for corporate clients;
• other methods — only if they are shown at checkout and are actually enabled.

Card payment on the website is not stated as available as of this edition.

2. Product price

The price is shown in tenge and applies when the order is placed. Delivery may be calculated separately. If there is an obvious technical error in the price, the Seller notifies the Buyer before payment or fulfillment and offers to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a refund of any amount received.

3. Corporate orders

Companies and individual entrepreneurs are invoiced after stock, price, delivery and the Buyer’s details are confirmed. The tax document is issued according to the Seller’s applicable tax regime.

4. Payment confirmation and refunds

The payment obligation is treated as fulfilled once the Seller has received the money. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing or the law requires a different procedure.
